We have a 30-day return policy for all of our products. To initiate a return please head to our returns portal.


To get started you’ll need the order number and email address associated with the order. If you don’t know your order number, you can find this on the order confirmation email in your inbox. If you’re still unable to find it you can contact us at info@truecable.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and unopened packaging. If you are returning more than one box/reel of cable, please submit each as an individual return in order to receive separate shipping labels. We cannot process partial returns for multi-piece packages as we do not have the ability to provide refunds for individual items within a multi-pack.

Shipping

We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once you submit your return through the returns portal. For your convenience, we offer deeply discounted rates on return shipping. The amount for the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Item or Fulfillment Mistakes

Please check your order upon receipt. Quickly reporting damages and shortages to our team can help us correct any problems. If you aren’t satisfied, please contact our team or visit the returns portal link within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your item(s) are returned to us used, not in its original condition, missing pieces and/or with an opened package, we will issue a restocking fee up to 50% based on the condition of the return.

Late or Missing Refunds

We’ll always send you an email once your refund has been issued. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. Bank processing times may vary, if you have not received your refund within 4-6 weeks, please contact us. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@truecable.com.
