Orders placed before 3pm CT process and ship the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm CT will ship the following business day.

That's right — we offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

We ship orders on weekdays from our distribution center in Kansas City, MO. Orders placed before 3pm CT process and ship the same day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. 

Free standard shipping applies to orders within the contiguous United States. Paid shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands are available. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and/or APO/FPO is unavailable at this time.

Shipping to the following US territories is unavailable at this time: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau.

Suspension of Service Guarantee

The UPS® Service Guarantee is currently active for the below domestic services:

- UPS Next Day Air® Early
- UPS Next Day Air®
- UPS Next Day Air Saver®

The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other UPS® shipments and services not specified in the above sections, from any origin to any destination. 

Interruption of Service

trueCABLE is not liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond its control, including but not limited to, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, incorrect or incomplete address, action of the public authorities with real or apparent authority over the facilities, action or omissions of the public customs authorities or the like, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances, factors that disrupt the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions and natural disasters, and an act of God. Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded under these service interruptions.
How to Track Your Order

If you’ve already placed an order, log in to your account, under the My Orders section you’ll see your order status and details. You can also keep tabs on your order through the Track Your Shipment link in your shipping confirmation email.

Correcting a Wrong Address

If UPS is unable to deliver any package(s) because of an incorrect delivery address, or if you contact us about an incorrect delivery address after your package(s) has shipped, we will have the package(s) returned to us. This will result in a $17 return to sender charge per tracking number and it will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for placing a new order with the correct delivery address.

If USPS is unable to deliver any package(s) due to an incorrect delivery address, it will automatically be returned to the sender after the first delivery attempt. We will refund you for the order that is being returned to us, and you can place a new order with the correct delivery address at your convenience, and we will refund you for the original order.

Military Bases

If your order’s delivery address is a domestic military base, please ensure delivery drivers will have access to the location. If special instructions are needed for delivery, please email us at info@truecable.com. 


Some military locations are not accessible for our LTL carrier, R+L Carriers, and we may need to schedule a third-party courier service to make the final delivery. We will contact you if this applies to your order. Shipping to an APO/FPO is unavailable at this time.

Orders Shipping LTL Freight

If your order is shipping LTL freight, a signature is required at the time of delivery. 


If no one is available at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will attempt to reach you at the phone number you provided. If they are unable to reach you, they will contact us on how to proceed. 


Each additional delivery attempt will result in an additional surcharge that will need to be paid prior to the next delivery attempt.

Missing Package

Missing packages can be frustrating, but don't worry! We're here to help. While most packages turn up for our customers within six days, you might consider the following:


  • 01.

    Check that your shipping address is correct.

    Always a good idea!

  • 02.

    Check around your home or building, or with neighbors.

    Boxes may be in backyards, hidden behind bushes, or with neighbors.

  • 03.

    Give it six days.

    From time to time, carriers mark packages as delivered before actual delivery. Packages displaying this error typically arrive within six business days.
